Ans. Yes, there have installment facilities for course registration fees. The university accepts 3 (Three) installment in every semester. First installment at the time of registration, second installment before mid-term exam and third installment must be paid before final examination.

In Real Estate Department, I am enjoying friendly environment because all the teachers and staffs are very responsive and helpful.
As we know that Daffodil International University (DIU) is on the way to be the number one ranked university of Bangladesh with providing quality education, the Real Estate program is also a unique one among the universities. Like all other highly educated countries (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, Netherlands, etc.) Bangladesh also needs education in Real Estate sector and people are getting more conscious of real estate. DIU and its Real Estate Department is the unique one which is playing a vital role for supplying quality human resources in Real Estate sector of Bangladesh.
After completing my higher secondary education, I always wanted to study in a unique program, having market demand. My dearest elder brother suggested that our vision help us to take right decision. Therefore, my journey began with Bachelor of Real Estate program on January 26, 2011 at DIU. After that, step by step, I have finally obtained graduation and I realized that, aims, objectives and devotion of studies can give us success.
Firstly, housing or shelter is one of the important elements of our basic needs. Presently in Bangladesh, housing problem has become a major concern.To eradicate this problem, we need real estate education which we learn from the department of Real Estate, DIU.
Secondly, unemployment is also a big problem for Bangladesh. Many educated people are out of the job. The department of Real Estate is playing a vital role inreducing this problem. The graduates of the department of Real Estate can work in bank, insurance companies, land ministry and so on. Beside these, real estate graduates can easily start the real estate business by acquiring real estate knowledge and education from the department of Real Estate, DIU.
Bachelor of Real Estate is a new program in Bangladesh. As a new program of DIU it is not so familiar to all. But at the recent time it is doing well. We have the chance to learn about business related courses, like marketing, finance, accounting as well as the science like architecture, civil engineering and so on in this discipline. After admitted in this department I am feeling my ambition. All the teachers of this department are very friendly as well as caring. I am very happy to be a student of this department.
I had no idea about real estate. But when I admitted in the department of Real Estate at DIU, I gathered knowledge on the same. I started loving this subject. Then I thought that I could do something better in future by studying this subject. Finally, I want to say that our younger brothers and sisters will be able to know about the benefit of this subject by studying in the department.
Real Estate sector of Bangladesh is not so developed and organized. This sector needs various modern facilities and educated human resources.Rich countries are formulating and implementing different policies and procedures for the development of their real estate sectors. I hope, in the future,the problem of real estate sectors in Bangladesh will be reduced by our students. I am really very happy to become a student in this department. With a view to developing and organizing the real estate sector of Bangladesh, Daffodil International University has opened a unique opportunity of creating skilled and competent human resources for the real estate companies in this country.
Daffodil International University started its Real Estate Department on 4 February 2008. Real Estate is a good subject for our better career. By opening the department of Real Estate, DIU has made such ample opportunities for the students to develop their career easily in the competitive job market of Bangladesh.
